Why is this book so expensive?  
I'd love to say it's because I am making a small fortune from the sales, but alas!  When products are made in small batches in the good ol' USA, they take a little more time and cost a bit more.  Large publishers mass produce books to offset costs, which is how they can offer lower retail pricing.
Because this is an independently published book, I order small quantities of books to then sell for a small profit (about $7).  Perhaps one day a large publisher will make 'Wonder' mainstream, but until then - I can stil share my story.
